Waiting List members will be joining the club based on availability and receipt of parent/guardian signed permission slip- see below

Sketchbook club is an after school art club that meets usually  two  Fridays  a month from 2:15-3:00 for the purpose of sketching and experimenting with art techniques in a sketchbook format.  Each session will focus on a theme- still life, portraiture, lettering, illustration, etc. Students should coordinate transportation and should be picked up at the main office entrance at 3 p.m.   In the case of impending weather, the club may be cancelled or rescheduled and every effort will be given to notify students in a timely manner so they may make alternate plans.

The size of the club is limited to 30 students.   Admission to the club is open to any 6th, 7th or 8th grade NHMS student interested in drawing in a sketchbook. No supplies are required from students- all art materials will be provided by the school.   If a student would like to use their own sketchpad or art materials, they are welcome to do so.

Students should sign up with Mrs. Titus in B111.  A completed permission slip must be turned in to secure a spot in the class.

Once the class is full- a waiting list will be used to fill spots if they become available.

(Dates are subject to change-please also refer to the sign outside B111 and listen for morning announcements)
